The Bugle Babes were formed by Derby Browne and are a superb 1940’s style Harmony Trio, performing a cocktail of jazz, swing, jive and lashings of vintage glamour and romance, reminiscent of the days of the wireless. They have appeared on RTE, The Late Late Show, Newstalk, Roisin Ingles Podcast, TV3, Ireland AM, RTE’s Christmas in the Castle tv programme and many more. They have performed in Theatres all around Ireland and Europe with their popular show, ‘The Sherry Trifle Show’, performing songs from their debut album, ‘Gee Whizz!’.
This trio of pencil-skirted, vintage coiffed, stocking’d ladies perform a magical blend of modern vintage music and are the icing on the cake at your wedding drinks reception!
Enjoy Vintage style tunes such as: ‘L.O.V.E’, ‘At Last’, ‘Made You Look’, some real 1940’s hits: ‘In The Mood’, ‘Rum and Coca-Cola’ a vintage version of Miley Cyrus’s ‘Flowers’, the Instagram viral hit- ‘Pink Shoelaces’ and many more.
We perform with bespoke custom-made backing tracks and also perform with a Piano Trio (and brass if required).
We also specialise and love strolling around your event/wedding, serenading guests and taking requests.
