Gossip Band is a 5/6 Piece Party Band that play all over the Country. The Band has a large Song Repertoire and is fronted by a former singer from The Stars of The Commitments. Male vocals also front the band.
We can provide full entertainment at Weddings including Ceremony Music, Drinks Reception, Live BAND and DJ. We also play at a lot of Corporate Events around the country as well as private parties and Public Venues.
Gossip’s Set lasts approx 2 and a half hours.

We always dress in Formal Wear – Unless you request us not too.

As soon as we spoke to Claire on the phone, we knew we had found the right band for our Wedding. She was clearly hugely experienced, amicable, flexible and we loved her warmth and sense of humour straight away. On the night, the band wasted no time getting the crowd up and dancing and Claire's interaction with everybody on the dancefloor made for a great and inclusive atmosphere. We had no worries that our guests would have nothing less than a fantastic night. Claire has an incredible voice and our first dance - The Power of Love showed off her talent perfectly. We would highly recommend Gossip to anyone for any event!

Music was one of the most important things for us for our wedding day and Gossip certainly delivered. Claire was a pleasure to deal with, in the run up and on the day. They gave good advice on the running order of the day and the song selection. Claire and the whole band were very professional and put on a great show. They created a fantastic atmosphere, they had everyone on the dance floor from start to finish. Great song selection, something for everyone – we highly recommend Gossip.
From our initial inquiry, through to paying the deposit, our check ins, scheduling a call beforehand, Claire was clear in communication throughout the process (And punctual). Claire put us at ease throughout each step of booking and gave us huge freedom in song selections. Claire mixed both hymns and our songs for the ceremony. The drinks reception was excellent with everyone enjoying the music. The band in the evening were excellent and we are still getting complemented on how good they were a few months later. Claire was extremely helpful throughout and I definitely recommend herself and Gossip
Me and my husband watched the videos, we liked the band.. But once we heard them live we just thought 'no video gives justice to Claire' s voice! ' really beautiful in the cathedral, really fun at the party and reception.Also, very professional and extremely helpful to pick the songs!Thank you Claire! Thank you Gossip Band! Myself and my husband had Gossip at our Galway wedding in May 2023. They were exceptional, really easy to communicate with in the lead up and had everyone dancing. Would recommend!
Gossip band played at our wedding in Glasson Lakehouse in March 2023 and they were fantastic. From the first dance till the late hours with the dj, the dancefloor was full. All our guests loved the band and danced the night away, we couldn't recommend them enough. We also had Claire as our ceremony singer and she was fantastic and helped make our ceremony extra special. From our initial call with Claire, we knew we were in good hands! She was a great help when choosing our music for the ceremony and we knew we had nothing to worry about for the day. We would recommend Claire and the Gossip band to any couple planning their wedding day, a 5 star band!!
Well where do I start? We had the absolute pleasure of having Gossip for our wedding on 15th October. From the first song until the end the dance floor was never empty. Claire and the lads were amazing! To say claire and the team were amazing is a complete understatement, nothing was too much for them, Claire helped me select all my church music (as I hadn’t a clue) and really made me feel at ease on the day itself, I can’t thank her enough for everything.From start to finish they were all on top form and we got so many compliments about them
