One of Ireland’s most popular and busiest wedding singers and a recent finalist in the Weddings Online Awards, Stella has been singing at weddings all over the country for some twelve years now, and knows how integral music is in setting the tone for the big day, whether you’re having a church, civil or spiritual ceremony. Classically-trained, but with a vast song repertoire of classical, gospel, jazz, Irish and contemporary songs and of course traditional hymns, she has sung at weddings in no less than seven languages…including Elvish, for any Lord of the Rings fans!
DRINKS RECEPTION
So you’ve sorted the ceremony – how about music for your drinks reception? Stella also offers the option of a relaxed, easy-listening jazz. Having performed in the Cork & Derry Jazz Festivals, the music of Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble is second nature to her, and provides a fabulous welcome to your guests as they arrive to the drinks reception. Stella is the preferred jazz music performer for both the 5* Merrion Hotel and 5* Powerscourt Hotel, so you’re in experienced hands! She is into the fifth year of her jazz residency in the stylish Café en Seine on Dublin’s Dawson St every Sunday from 2-4pm – this is a great way to listen to Stella in a relaxed environment!
