‘The Guilty Party’ was formed in 2010 and boasts some of Ireland’s best known professional musicians. We toured England and Ireland as Shane MacGowan’s backing band in The Shane Gang for a couple of years and our drummer and bass player were members of legendary band ‘In Tua Nua’, who toured around Europe as support to U2 and Simple Minds. The Guilty Party was set up as a party band and we know how to get a crowd dancing and singing. We have a huge repertoire and sometimes learn off a song especially for the client if they want to perform with us on the night (this is always fun). Our music is classic and timeless and suits all ages so we are particularly popular for weddings.
MUSIC:
We play a great mix of classic songs from the 60s, 70, 80s plus a few recent ones too. Our set incudes the evergreen hits of The Stones, Beatles, Bowie, Roxy Music and Stevie Wonder to dance hits by Daft Punk and Chic.
